According to the regulations on the administration of the release of dangerous goods information on the Internet, the following qualifications should be obtained by the entity that purchases our company's civil explosives and hazardous chemicals are hereby notified:

1. To purchase the civil explosives, shall obtain the civil explosives production license issued by the civil explosives industry administrative department under the state council, or the civil explosives sales license issued by the civil explosives industry administrative department under people's governments at the provincial level, or the civil explosives purchase license issued by the public security organs under local people's government at the county level.

2. To purchase the explosive dangerous chemicals, shall obtain the hazardous chemical materials safety production license issued by the department of safety supervision and administration under the state council, or the civil explosives production license issued by the ministry of industry and information technology, or the dangerous chemicals business license / hazardous chemical materials safety use license issued by the department of production safety supervision and administration under municipal people's government, or any legitimate USES certificate issued by the purchaser.
